We provide subcontracted mechanical services for house builders, offering either full labour and materials or labour-only options to efficiently complete installation tasks within required timelines and standards.

• Install and hydrostatically test mains water services.
• We provide initial installation and pneumatic testing of foul and grey water drainage pipes, as well as optional witness testing or certification based on contractors’ needs.
• First fix of above-ground plumbing and drainage as per approved plans. Our team is manufacturer-trained in Polypipe Terrain, Geberit Mapress, Uponor MLCP, and Rehau RAUTHERMEX, RAUVIPEX, and RAUVITHERM systems. We also provide hydrostatic and dynamic witness testing on all pipework, following manufacturer recommendations.
• Installation of all heating pipework, including below-ground district heating systems, heat pumps, gas boilers, and appropriately sized and supported distribution pipework.
• Second Fix of Sanitary Ware, Shower Trays / Enclosures, and white goods as specified, to be completed within the timeframes provided by the main contractor.
• Preparation of homeowner manuals for plumbing and heating systems, as well as formal O&M (Operating & Maintenance) manuals for larger or commercial projects.
• Leak detection services for domestic water mains, heating systems & underfloor pipework.
